I wrote this poem few years back... putting it here today ... couldn't think of a title !! Why don't u guys put in some ideas in comments !!

DEATH is a chord of life that starts playing the Romantic tune to soothen the HEART when the EUPHONY of all other CONSORT of life starts diminishing.

Its a CAROL which swiftly touches the ear-drums to fill the HEART with sudden HARMONY and a confusing BLISS.... and this is the time when the EYEs sees the seperation of hands (souls), the hands which (a dear friend) once used to make life HEAVEN by its SLENDEREST touch....

but the afflict of final seperation seems like one of the most PACIFYING and ROMANTIC moment of life... leaving behind the ENTHRALL of shared notes of the LYRICAL life....

LIFE - it's all about simple things

Life.... as confusing as it may get.... can anyone describe it for me... and then I got my DEFINITION..

"Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible." - Viktor Frankl in Man's Search for Meaning, p.172

Life, as I have known, it has very simple definition "LIVE EVERY MOMENT", n moment by moment as it comes.. Lets see what does LIVING EVERY MOMENT means... ENJOY every bit of MOMENT and NEVER HURT anyone while enjoying these moments.... ENJOY... it can be described as things that give you PLEASURE, SATISFACTION make you feel HAPPY... PLEASURE ?? SATISFACTION ?? HAPPY ?? try describing these now... and go on till the last part of this chain....

URGE for FEELING HAPPY, PLEASURE, SATISFACTION... until some years back got fulfilled with playing, skipping schools, eating choclates, doing mischiefs then after a few years it was handsome pocket money, breaking college rules, freaking out with friends, having a good looking partner.. and the LIFE was all settled then for a PERFECT living.... then 1 FINE DAY all these started looking just day to day activity.. but then LUCKILY... a great pay-package, cool gadgets, sexy dates... aah again I was on a roll.. until sometime back, when again one fine day I required even better pay-check, a four-wheeled beauty with a two legged beauty in the front-seat, a bit of FAME to define my LIFE - LIVE EVERY MOMENT..

with these new words to complete the simple definition of LIFE, I was ENJOYING watching a movie and heard the dialogue: "one day not long from now, my looks will go, they will discover I can't act and I will become some sad middle-aged woman who looks a bit like someone who was famous for a while" - Notting Hill.

I thought so what who cares for FUTURE, I am living my PRESENT.. after all "LIVE EVERY MOMENT"

Today, its 60 years since I first used words to describe LIFE.. ENJOY, PLEASURE, HAPPY... derived the meaning of these words but today as I running short of MOMENTS, I don't remember clearly the WHEELS I have burnt on the ROAD, the gadgets which are in RAGE or the sexy figures I have enjoyed my nights with... was I wrong in my definition then ?? is LIFE's definition not that simple ???

And on the contrary, what I can clearly visualize is the SMILING STREET child whom I offered my OLD NURSERY RHYMES book, the GRIN that appeared on the face of the OLD newspaper seller when I used to talk to him in the night while waiting for my friends, the SURPRISED face of my MONTESARY teacher - when after 20 years I went back to school and invited her for my WEDDING.

But isn't the later things just normal... too simple... I mean we do them.. just like that... what so cool about it.. but TODAY it feels as if these things PERFECTLY describe the words PLEASURE, HAPPY, SATISFACTION better... yes these SIMPLE things of life...

and probably thats why they say "LIFE has a simple definition - LIVE EVERY MOMENT - LIVE EVERY SIMPLE MOMENT !!"

major force hits INDIA on 26th

Yes, this year again a powerfull force struck INDIA on the REPUBLIC day and the main target were the YOUTHS of this nation.... Read on to know more..


There are two kinds of people,
People who go screaming to their death,
People who go silently to their death,
Then I met the third kind...

Similarly in bollywood,
There are two kinds of movie,
Movie that tingle your Heart,
Movie that storm your Brain,
Then I saw the third kind...

Once in a while in Bollywood one comes across a movie that doesn't only entertains but at the same time make you feel the agony and anxiety of the characters and above all, makes you think, makes you QUESTION yourself. Saying RANG DE is of this kind won't be justifiable...coz it’s something more than this as one can see the effect it is making on our country's youth. Its magic pure magic.

Renzil D’Silva and Rakesh Omprakash Mehra takes us on a journey of youthful experiences and mature decisions with a blend of history and a comparison of today's youth with the great youthful heroes of past. This whole experience comes as a bang which splashes on the mind and heart and makes us think and think for a purpose. A truly magnificent and smooth way of arousing the patriotic feeling in the ever creeping youths.

I won't go here to the story of the movie but rather write what this non-preachy cult classic made me think and how it has ignited the spirits of thousands of youth who have seen RDB and haven't got enough of it even after watching it again and again.

"Is par bhi na khaule jo vo khoon nahi vo paani hai
jo desh ke kaam na aa saki, bekaar vo jawani hai"

The movie lives upto the expectation it endorses with the line that sets the beginning of the movie. These lines doesn't just ignites REBEL feeling but humiliates us as a youth, challenges us to take the responsibility of changing things around (instead of creeping like a bimbo) and sets our souls free in the sea of inspiration.... " kuchh kar guzarne ko khoon chala khoon chala"

"Ek pair past mein hai aur ek future mein isliye hum present pe mut rahe hain"

True very true... we can't change the past and just keep thinking somehow the things will change in FUTURE. Literally, by doing this we are making our PRESENT a place full of SHIT. As the generation Awakens lets come together and make our PRESENT a true PRESENT (GIFT).. so that the FUTURE can say PAST was GIFT, PRESENT is a HOPE and FUTURE.... lets make it PRESENT.

To sum it up I'll say "isse pehle ki INSPIRATION ki baati bujh jaaye chalo apne aas-paas ki gandagi saaf karne ki Zimmedari uthaya.... to kya hua agar apne hi ghar (bharat) ki gandgi saaf karte hue haath thode se gande ho jayenge paar dil ko to sukun milega "

a novel in the making....

Hey Buddies,
Long time .... No See!!!! very True...
was busy with work and my NOVEL...and yeaterday I touched a milestone, I'm half way through of my first novel.

I started of with writing a very different novel but landed up writing a sweet story set in teens... a regular story of a boy meeting girl but on a very different canvas.. a teen-hood love story which sparked on a lonely hot summer evening.... it didn't had a scope of anything going wrong yet....

celebration time.....!

Finally we have reached the end of the year but its just the begining...... begining of a New Year, Hope, Resolution and .......

See this blogger has already started missing the words.... yes this is exactly what happens when u r in celebration mode and wanna enjoy each moment... and this time of year is a DOUBLE celebration for me.....

First my B'day [31-DEc] and then New Year.... so folks like every year lets celebrate the two ocassion together..... and raise the TOAST...

h.e.a.r.t.p.r.i.n.t.s.

Many of us must have read the footprints poem or have got home one of the posters for the same…. Some how still many of us never fully realize what it means and still keep asking god the W’s [why, when, where…]. Here’s my take on it.

In this journey of life we enjoy different moments… moments of joy, wisdom, grace, love,harmony, companionship, depression, anger, sadness, loneliness…. The list goes endless.

At the onset of joyful ride of life one start believing he/ she was born for having fun and charm of this beautiful planet E.A.R.T.H and does thank god in the H.E.A.R.T(like most of us say we remember god even in the happy moments of life) for all the beauty. As the ride gets cozier and love starts penetrating the heart one starts getting the feeling of H.E.A.V.E.N on EARTH and E.T.E.R.N.I.T.Y seems to be their destiny…
Now if some thing is there in the mind then it’s just the LOVE of life and the HARMONY around… to the crown of our kingdom (body) life is full of BLISS and the world a P.A.R.A.D.I.S.E…

In this joyful wave of life one somehow skips the fact that “Everything that has a beginning has an end.” When this wave comes to an end and another less blissful picks up the life, the crown of the kingdom is shaken and steered. It is not ready to accept that its kingdom has been asked to prove its worth for all the pleasures it has been enjoying.

This crown takes this turn of wave and time as a blame for misusing the kingdom for BLISS and not preparing it for the journey of life and it starts developing a feeling of solitude from GOD (who runs the wave). The feeling of negligence starts growing stronger day by day and the crown again skips the fact that “Everything that has an end will have a new beginning”.

Meanwhile, the current wave reaches its end and the joyful wave sets in for a new beginning. The crown on getting the good time back start taking the P.R.I.D.E for its hard work to bring back the joys for its kingdom….

…. And a vicious circle starts….

But very strangely, all these time, unrecognized, impuissant in some corner lies the very adviser of this kingdom who thanked the creator of the wave for everything it got….

This adviser no one else but the H.E.A.R.T where the G.O.D’s print had always been there but had been overthrown by the MIND which wanted to be in BLISS and take the PRIDE for every good things and put BLAME for everything wrong.

Surprisingly, in our lives many of us realize this fact towards the end and we don’t have much but to hope that we hadn’t made this mistake. But those for whom this moment of WISDOM strikes early, the life becomes a BLISSFULL journey 24X7.

So dear friends always wish for moment of wisdom and do remember the H.E.A.R.T.P.R.I.N.T.S.

moments ...!!

Have you ever experienced a moment in your life when you just ran out of words and you go...
s i l e n t ....

Let me assist you in recalling...
... the moment when you left your home for the first time and you look back at your parents who are worried that their son/daughter are leaving them yet happy that their child took the first step towards independence.
... the moment when the girl/boy you like most.. smiled back at you! You dont say anything.. you just smile back.
... the moment when you get better marks than you expected... those "numb" moments of ecstacy n surprise "is that true?"...
... the moment when you are parting with your old friend(s) and the train has just started... and you are standing on the door of the wagon.. waving "bye-bye" with your heart beating fast...
... the moment after the HR manager has just called you and told you,"You are through! Congrats!"
... the moment when you sit alone in your room after having told everyone that you cleared that exam you prepared for 6 months!!
... the moment when you loose someone very special in your arms !!

You can go on remembering your "s p e c i a l" [happy/ sad] moments!

I had always wondered why I never said anything to myself at those moments.. as if it was "understood"... happiness, joy, pain.. all feelings just flowed ceaselessly in the 'years' that passed in those flash moments!

They say.. the best way to communicate is through "s i l e n c e".

Love. Joy. Grief. Surprise. Anger. Hope. Expectations. Support. Non-cooperation...

Can you imagine the importance of a silent moment in a song??

When Bryan Adams stops for a while along with music, before he goes on in his husky voice...
... Please forgive me. I cant stop loving you!

Ever had those moments when you thought you were tired enough that you reach for your bed after dinner.. but find yourself wide awake looking at the roof of your room silently...

But you sure are 't h i n k i n g'...

those moments of self-talk are the most important in our lives. Those moments when we listen to our own hearts! Those promises... those decisions... those are the moments when we make our destinies! Next time you go silent... listen carefully to what your heart is saying.. listen to its joy...listen to its pain.. listen to its fears.. listen to its desires..

Dont make it shut up and go off to sleep... LISTEN TO THAT VOICE and ACCEPT EVERYTHING IT SAYS! That voice speakd of ur inner-self, ur friend whom u never tried to hear.. This voice alone leads to the abode of peace that the sleep lacks... and the peace that awaits !

Be in touch with your true self... be silent once a day, every day !!
